The engineer behind
I'm Imran Haiqal. I started out in process engineering, a world where reliability isn't optional and a missed detail is a safety incident, not a typo. I brought that same discipline to data and AI: architect the solution end to end, define the problem precisely, build for production, measure the outcome.
iHC exists on a simple conviction: the data and AI capabilities that power the biggest companies shouldn't be locked away from everyone else. Good engineering makes them accessible. That's the work.

What does a typical engagement look like?+
Most engagements start with a free 30-minute call, followed by a short discovery phase to define the problem and success criteria. From there we design, build, and hand over, with clear checkpoints so you always know where things stand.
Do you work remotely or on-site?+
Both. iHC is based in Malaysia and works with clients remotely across the region, with on-site sessions where they genuinely add value: workshops, discovery, and handover.
What happens after the project ends?+
You keep everything: clean code, documentation, and a handover session so your team can run and extend the system without us. Ongoing support is available, but never a lock-in.
We're not sure if our data is ready for AI. Can you help?+
That's exactly the right starting point. Most organizations don't need more AI. They need their existing data made reliable first. We'll assess what you have and tell you honestly what's worth building, and what isn't.
Can you advise without building, like architecture reviews or tech selection?+

How do you price your work?+
Fixed-scope projects are priced per deliverable after discovery, so there are no surprises. Smaller advisory engagements are available day-rate. Either way, you'll know the cost before we start.
